DR JAIPALREDDY POGAL is a surgical oncologist with experience of more than 15 years in the field of cancer surgery. He specialises in treatment of various cancers such as Breast cancer, Oral cancer, Gynecological cancers, Gastrointestinal and Urological cancers. Dr Jaipalreddy has completed Mch Surgical Oncology which is a dedicated 3 year super speciality degree in cancer surgery. He is among the very few surgeons in pune and pimpri-chinchwad region do have such degree. He was among few candidates selected for Fellowship in Thoracic Oncology at Prestigious TATA MEMORIAL HOSPITAL Mumbai. He has also completed specialised training in laparoscopic surgery for treatment of cancer. Dr Jaipalreddy his research work during his training days was on treatment of most common cancers in India such as Breast cancer in women and Oral cancer in men. He received Best Paper Award for his research work on Breast Cancer in Indian Cancer Congress held in Delhi. He also specialises in minimal invasive ( laparoscopic) surgery for cancers of Lung , Esophagus , Mediastinum, Stomach, Colorectal, Urological and Gynecological cancers. He has various publications in National and International Journals. He was also among few candidates selected for Fellowship In Minimal Invasive Oncology at Seoul National University Hospital Bundang South Korea. He is also very active involved in various cancer awareness programmes at community levels. Currently he is associated with many reputed hospitals in Pune and Pimpri-chinchwad region as Consultant Surgical Oncologist.
